911pc
Hi I have configured "Import of tickets using POP3 Import (Requires IMAP installed on the server)" for the support department, but I delete the emails received from my clients, in my support mail account, leaving only a copy in whmcs. How can I do so that I do not delete the emails (Source) from my inbox in my support. I want to leave an original backup, in case of a disaster with whmcs. Thanks Milton Opazo
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted October 9, 2017 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted October 9, 2017 Hi, Whilst there is is not currently an option to change this particular behaviour of the email importing feature of WHMCS, we welcome feature requests online at http://requests.whmcs.com Feel free to suggest this as a new idea for comment and voting upon by other WHMCS users.

Remitur
You can create a new email address for WHMCS (i.e. support2@yourdomain.com); your main address (support@yourdomain.com) forward any new email to support2@mydomain.com, where it will be grabbed by WHMCS. But a copy of the message will stay in support@mydomain.com for archive purposes.
