brian!
https://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Suggestions#Configuring_Lookup_Provider The Registrar account should be configured in Setup > Products/Services > Domain Registrars for the Registrar to be used for lookups I assume you are a reseller of ResellerClub - otherwise it won't work... I get the same when I set it to ResellerCamp (which I don't have setup under domain registrars).

brian!
difficult to say without seeing the site - could be a template issue if it's not one supplied by default WHMCS... might be worth a ticket to support.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 3, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 3, 2017 (edited) Hi, First, please ensure you have configured pricing for the TLDs you are looking up: https://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Pricing If that's already the case; in order to see the commands being sent/received between WHMCS and the module, the Utilities > Logs > Module debug Log tool can be used Please enable it, reproduce the problem, disable it again and then copy the data here for us to review. More detailed instructions are published at http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems Edited October 4, 2017 by WHMCS John
