Snorlak
I have had a look @ the /var/log directory. Though I am unsure what exactly I am looking for, there is alot of text documents & folders. - - - Updated - - - https://gyazo.com/9964b1d3e1a3a94bdf75b9faf28df2c0
Vox
Hi Snorlak, You need to be looking at the Apache (server) error logs. Here's a couple of links that may help: http://blog.codeasite.com/how-do-i-find-apache-http-server-log-files https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/logs.html Regards Vox Edited September 7, 2017 by Vox
NameHero
Check your PHP memory limit as well as the dependencies: https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements If your web host is Reselling it, they obviously have these, but something maybe amiss. Also check your permissions. I always recommend new users install through softaculous inside of cPanel which also maybe an option for you .
RadWebHosting
Is your server compatible with WHMCS? You should also check which version of WHMCS was provided by your reseller. You can check for current versions at https://download.whmcs.com
