Landingspage specific language without the flags pulldown

Hello, is it possible to make, for example a Google ad, go to a specific link to offer e.g. dutch users the dutch language?

 

We rather do not display the flags pulldown on our website but we would like to offer a landing page in the user his own language.

in general, you can pass a language via a link....

if the user was logged in, then you could detect their language (as a Smarty variable exists) and pass the appropriate language link in the url.

if they're not logged in, then you're looking at a Geo-IP solution - but they'd be no guarantees that it would be 100% accurate.
