Error during Attempt to Capture with Authorize.net CIM

I am trying to process an order for a client. I took their information over the phone and entered into their profile. Not the first time doing this. Then I went to the invoice I clicked on Attempt Capture I got the below error message.

 

Capture Error
The capture was not successful. Please check the gateway log for more details.

 

In the gateway log I get the following, which has be redacted:

 

Invoice ID => ####
User ID => ####
Amount => $$$$
No Client Profile ID Found

 

I am using WHMCS 7.1.1 on a CentOS server with PHP 5.6.29. I have confirmed there is not a matching account on Authorize.net.
