Only one payment gateway displaying / Can't get Mail in Payment and Credit Card to both display agai

I am having an issue with out checkout. For some reason only one Payment displays for our clients. Credit Card Payments and Mail in Payments usually both are displayed as radio options. However now only the top ranked gateway will be displayed. If I move Mail in Payment above Credit Card in the sort order then only Mail in Payment will display. For some reason they both won't display.

 

Everything is enabled in the WHMCS settings and nothing has been touched. Any help would be appreciated. I have attached screenshots for clarity.

Try temporarily using another orderform (standard cart is the default now), see if this happens.

If not, then you will need to adjust your orderform , as it looks like you're using something custom

 

Thanks for the tip. I did try using standard cart, unfortunately it still doesn't solve our problem. We had already attempted to switch the theme and cart to default. It didn't change anything for us.

I can confirm that - I tried it before posting my idea about product groups! :idea:

 

you could add {debug} to the end of your checkout template and see if the Mail In Payment (or cc if you switch them around is even available) - from what you say, I doubt it is... and if so, you're into the realms of wondering if something is interfering with the array (hook, addon etc).

We are stumped on this one. I put in a support ticket yesterday and haven't had a response.

that may be your best bet - nothing is obvious from the outside if it's not a template or setting issue, but being able to see the current db settings might be useful to them.

Can you go into Setup -> General Settings -> Invoices -> Clients Choose Gateway ​and ensure that option is ticked.

 

That solved it! Thank you so much Chris. I don't remember anyone touching that setting but I'm glad I got it working again.
