That solved it! Thank you so much Chris. I don't remember anyone touching that setting but I'm glad I got it working again.

The debug let us know that only 1 option was being passed through gateway which we sort of already knew. We tried disabling hooks and addons with no luck. We are stumped on this one. I put in a support ticket yesterday and haven't had a response.

Thanks for the tip. I did try using standard cart, unfortunately it still doesn't solve our problem. We had already attempted to switch the theme and cart to default. It didn't change anything for us.

I am having an issue with out checkout. For some reason only one Payment displays for our clients. Credit Card Payments and Mail in Payments usually both are displayed as radio options. However now only the top ranked gateway will be displayed. If I move Mail in Payment above Credit Card in the sort order then only Mail in Payment will display. For some reason they both won't display. Everything is enabled in the WHMCS settings and nothing has been touched. Any help would be appreciated. I have attached screenshots for clarity.

We have been experiencing the same issue with domain sync for several months now. Considering how many users were experiencing issues, and how old the thread is, It's pretty frustrating to see the lack of response from WHMCS. This thread is over a year old and it has two pages of users having the exact same problem with zero response from WHMCS. Everyone mentioned that they were either experiencing similar issues, sending in tickets with no responses, or that they would follow the thread. Why do companies even have forums if they aren't going to engage with their audience and actually engage with their audience to address their needs. Is this the level of support I am to expect with WHMCS?
