TheTechLounge
Upgrade your ioncube version. My understanding is that 5.6 should be fine?
twhiting9275
You should be running the latest version of the loaders, no matter what. 6 is the latest version of ioncube available. If you're running php 5.6, then 5.6 should work. However, if you're running php 7, then you need version 6, as per the system requirements
WHMCS ChrisD
Hello TheTechLounge, As twhiting9275 mentioned it would be worth trying to upgrade your ionCube installation to the most recent ionCube Loaders however as long as you are running ionCube Loaders 5.0.21 or later it should function. It seems that your account may not be able to access the ionCube Loader version your host should be able to help you out with this as well.

As for not being able to access ionCube loader it's working fine under 6.3.1
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted November 17, 2016 WHMCS Developer Share Posted November 17, 2016 Have you tried reuploading the file from the WHMCS 7.0 download? It is possible that the file is from a previous version if it didn't get overwritten on upgrade. If you do continue to have issues, I would advise opening a ticket to have this resolved.
