Products/Service Setup in Admin is Redirecting

This is a really strange issue.

 

I was in my admin, and when I click Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services, it took me to the correct page with no formatting. No template, no CSS. I checked filesystem and saw that it was set to root ownership, so I switched it to account ownership and group.

 

Now, when I try to access that page (/admin/configproducts.php) it redirects to the client-side index.php.

 

I've tried uploading a clean file. There's nothing I can see in error logs. No redirects in place in .htaccess. There are no errors in the console

 

I'm totally at a loss. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Eartgirlllc,

 

Are you other files owned by root? I'd switch it back then enable errors under Setup -> General Settings -> Other -> Display errors and go back to the products page to see what errors appear

Thank you, that did the trick! It was the /modules/servers/enom_gomobi/ folder that wasn't supported by my version of IonCube. I removed it and everything is loading as it should. I really appreciate your help.
