Problems adding a custome payment gateway

Hi there,

 

I am new to WHMCS, and I have run into a wall early :?:. I am trying to install the Stripe payment gateway found here:

I have followed the directions from the readme, but when I try to go to Setting > Payments > Payment Gateways I just get the tabs from the top of the page and nothing else loads. A screenshot is attached

I rolled back all the changes, and then tried using a different stripe gateway module, and the same thing happened.

 

I tried asking for support in the add on's own forum post below (Without much success so far), but I don't think it is an issue with the module itself.

Also, I am using v6.3.1 if that helps.
