WHMCS's own support page design?

Just wondering what plugin or addon WHMCS itself uses on its site that shows up the support department open/close times and the 4 steps to support?

I think WHMCS' main website is WordPress, so I doubt it's a WHMCS (software) page - though you could probably just edit the support ticket (or custom) templates to reproduce a similar layout.

Looking at the source of whmcs.com it doesn't show any signs of being Wordpress, it appears to be a custom PHP website. /index.html can't be found but /index.php is.

With support showing "24 Hours a Day (7 Days a Week)", there's no special coding there. It's "always green". As for the customer service open/closed times, a simple php date/time script/conditional can show that. The link to the "steps" is just a plain href link to the first ticket submission step in WHMCS. Nothing heroic there, but looks pretty slick over all.
