Error when user try to login / create account

Hi there,

My clients receive this error when they try to login.

I've updated via Softaculous and I've understand that this might be the issue.

So I've deleted everything and uploaded new files from WHMCS.

 

Still an issue.

Hi,

This error occurs when the client's password hash in tblclients.password field is invalid, usually as a result of an import from an external system.

Resetting the client's password will resolve this.

sounds like you have may banned email domains...
