snake
Just setting up latest version of WHMCS 6.x I have created products which have configurable options to choose Quantity, such as "number of users". But when the order is submitted, it is duplicating them. So if the "number of users" in the configurable option = 3, then 3 of the products are being ordered as well. This is not how it worke din WHMCS 5 and this cannot be intended behavior surely ? It is the quantity field on the product itself which should result in multiple products being ordered, not configurable options. I have also noticed when I am testing adding orders or importing domains, and I uncheck all the boxes "Order Confirmation, Generate Invoice, Send Email", invoices are still being generated.
sentq
it will be very helpful if you mention the procedures done to replicate this issue? was the installation done manually or by Softaculous/similar?
snake
I add an order to the client, for the configurable option, I select any value more than 1, and submit the order. It was a softalicious clean install, using the database from a v5 install and then performing upgrade.
