snake Posted June 25, 2016 Share Posted June 25, 2016 I have setup a new instance of WHMCS at siteGround, I have used the CPANEL softalicious install, which puts the cronjobs outside the webroot in WHMCSDATA folder. According to support the cronjobs are running, but nothing it happening, I do not get any emails, ticket emails are not being downloaded, there is no activity in the activity log at all. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
