WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 1, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 1, 2016 Hi, Regretabbly updating pricing based upon client groups isn't currently a feature in the bulk pricing updater, however we welcome feature requests online at http://requests.whmcs.com Feel free to suggest this as a new idea for comment and voting upon by other WHMCS users. The reason that changing the product price does not change the price for existing customers is that it allows you to easily grandfather old product pricing.
