Promotional Code Not Working

Hello Support,

We have an ongoing issue. From time to time one of our clients whose account runs on a Promotion code. And recently on one of invoices the promotional discount was added rather than discounted on the invoice which created a lot of confusion and problems. This problem has been happening from time to time on this account. Maybe we are not setting up the discounted profile in the manner it should be. Need some help so that this promotional code runs smoothly.

these forums aren't really support - if you want to open a ticket with Support, you'll need to follow the link below...

it's difficult to help without knowing how you setup the promo and added it.

If you wish to apply a promotional discount to this service, select it from this dropdown menu. Changing the value will not by itself change the price the client is invoiced, to do this tick the #Auto Recalculate on Save checkbox before clicking Save Changes.

Hi,

This sounds like the Recurring Amount value is set incorrectly. It should be the amount after the discount.

For example:

Product Price: 10.00

Promo Discount: 10%

The Recurring Amount for this service should be: 9.00

Doing the Auto-Recalculate as brain! suggested should do the trick.
