shahtijani Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 Hello Support, We have an ongoing issue. From time to time one of our clients whose account runs on a Promotion code. And recently on one of invoices the promotional discount was added rather than discounted on the invoice which created a lot of confusion and problems. This problem has been happening from time to time on this account. Maybe we are not setting up the discounted profile in the manner it should be. It should be the amount after the discount.
