  4. Hi again. The server admin has enabled the Mod Rewrite if that is what you were talking about when you referred to Redirect Capability. But still i cant see SEO friendly URLS for KB. Please help.
  5. Yes i tried what you suggested @twhiting9275 And it does not redirect says: site cant be reached. Sound like our server does not have redirect capability, how can i enable the redirect capability?
  6. Hello Everyone. We have been trying to get the SEO friendly URLS working but we have not been successful so far. Tried researching online, tried what other users have tried but still not working. We are trying to get SEO friendly URLS for KB(knowledgebase) as well as our cart. We started with KB and its not working so we didn't try for cart.php pages. We have tried enabling the SEO friendly URLS in WHMCS and then renaming the htaccess.txt to .htaccess but it did not work. It gives a 404 not found error. After that i added the following in the .htaccess: Options +FollowSymLinks Options -Indexes Options -MultiViews Still getting 404 error. Is there something else we need to edit or modify. Are we missing anything?
  7. Hello Guys... Our orders page has the links which are not SEO friendly. I have been trying to figure out how we can do it but havent been successful enough. For Example: we have https://orders.itristanmedia.com/cart.php?gid=7 which is live but off course it is not SEO friendly... We want to edit the link and rename it to something like https://orders.itristanmedia.com/unmanaged-dedicated-server.php . Is this possible, if yes please give some instructions on how to it successfully. This is hurting us on a number of pages and we want to edit and rename them all.
  8. Hello Support, We have an ongoing issue. From time to time one of our clients whose account runs on a Promotion code. And recently on one of invoices the promotional discount was added rather than discounted on the invoice which created a lot of confusion and problems. This problem has been happening from time to time on this account. Maybe we are not setting up the discounted profile in the manner it should be. Need some help so that this promotional code runs smoothly.
  9. I have been managing some customers in WHMCS for quite some time now but as always there are issues which i need some assistance with. The issue that i am getting as of now is that when a user creates a ticket it comes in multiple times to be precise it comes in 2 times and the content of the support ticket is totally the same. Instead of it being one ticket we see two tickets and then we go ahead and merge them. The user is not creating two tickets it is the system, some settings or configuration that i am unable to find as of now. Well not a big issue but definitely wastes our support time. Would love some guidance on this. Regards
