Hello guys, I'm customizing the six template for my non-latin language and also making the urls seo friendly. but since the WHMCS built-in seo friendly feature only supports a-z characters I've decided to modify some htaccess and template codes to achieve my goal. I was almost successful except for knowledgebase sidebar urls that are still shows up in WHMCS way (a-z chars). Any ideas how to modify sidebar urls as well? I want the knowledgebase sidebar urls to be like this : {$WEB_ROOT}/help/{$kbcat.id}

Hello Everyone. We have been trying to get the SEO friendly URLS working but we have not been successful so far. Tried researching online, tried what other users have tried but still not working. We are trying to get SEO friendly URLS for KB(knowledgebase) as well as our cart. We started with KB and its not working so we didn't try for cart.php pages. We have tried enabling the SEO friendly URLS in WHMCS and then renaming the htaccess.txt to .htaccess but it did not work. It gives a 404 not found error. After that i added the following in the .htaccess: Options +FollowSymLinks Options -Indexes Options -MultiViews Still getting 404 error. Is there something else we need to edit or modify. Are we missing anything?

I find it very frustrating that I'm still dealing with this major oversight. Even with the apparent quantum leap of the version 6 upgrade, I figured we would have finally seen some sort of consideration regarding SEO.
