[unconfirmed] Insert Knowledgebase Link doesn't work

Version 6.3

When replying to a support ticket raised by a customer, Insert Knowledgebase Link under the 'More Options' doesn't bring up any selection box.

Hello Si,

 

I am not able to reproduce this behavior. When I click the link a popup is opened and I am able to insert the link going forward.

If you are still having issues can you open a support ticket so our team can investigate this further?
