tkalfaoglu
Hi there.. I'm pretty fed up with the pricing of my current domain provider, openSRS. I was wondering if anyone can recommend another provider that's not too shabby and less expensive? Many thanks -t Edited October 15, 2015 by tkalfaoglu
sentq
ResellerClub, Enom, or Hexonet!
Si
namesilo.com - by far the cheapest - not as much choice or add-on options as enom, but hey, I run my own hosting company so don't need what enom want to sell me. I use enom for tld's that name silo don't offer - but with free id protection, that's a 100% profit margin that makes an enormous difference with domain pricing.

tkalfaoglu
Many thanks everyone for your feedback. Now the hard part: How to migrate lots of domains to another registrar. If I manually try to transfer them, I have to pay for each transfer out of pocket.. If people pay by credit card, whmcs auto-renews them from opensrs any ideas what to do? thanks, -t
brian!
any ideas what to do? transfer each one as it comes up for renewal... you could go into the domain profile of a forthcoming renewal domain and change the registrar to None - that would prevent auto-renewal from occurring... the renewal invoice would still be sent out by WHMCS, but you would use the income to pay for the transfer instead (which would normally include a 1-year renewal anyway - check each tld though).
