Lets talk point by point.

 

First of all, there were no lifetime updates Free with QS & Ace theme, the updates were chargeable at $20 Per year. The themes which are being sold on ThemeMetro are not the QS or ACE, these are absolutely different themes. We the Author of themes have full rights of themes, not end user customers who buy the theme. You have only single license for a single domain which you are authorized to use for single website.

 

ThemeMetro need your permission to sell theme? why? are you author of theme? or share holder of this company or what?

We did not make announcement of this sell because buyer didn't want so. He wanted to inform this all by himself.

At last, after thinking all about this, and since there is no response from the buyer of Themeschamp, I have decided to provide support to all themeschamp's users who purchased themes until March 3rd, 2015 as per terms of Themeschamp.

 

As far as design change is concern, if any buyer wants to use it with WHMCS 6, you'll have to work somewhere in contents modifications again. If any themeschamp user wants to convert themeschamp's themes to ThemeMetro's themes, we shall adjust the amount you paid to themeschamp before.

 

Please note: we'll provide support till your period remains active. We'll neither sell NOR renew updates of themes of themeschamp's themes further.

 

 

If you are getting error on qs and ace in WHMCS 6 please feel free contact us with purchase proof we will fix them without any cost. I have acquired lifetime updates with the QS theme license. themeMetro is the new QS, if ThemeMetro is a new business, different of ThemesChamp, and not offer support the QS customers, it's not legal to sell the same product because the QS customers (like me) have a copyright with the QS design license.

 

 

 

I don't want change the design of my website cause my customers are really happy with ... I only want lifetime updates, cause i have paid for it, if you buy a business then you have acquired the customers with it.

 

If i not have any solutions in next hours, i go to start legal actions versus themeMetro, because themeMetro don't have my permissions to sell the same theme with another name and deny-me the lifetime support license i have payed..

 

Sorry my english is so poor, but i think it's enough to understand me.

Any advice from ThemesChamp about this! the last email received from themeschamp date from 19/12/2014 and is a notice about the last update for WHMCS 5.3....
