iHelpersLLC
Yes, I have read through the documentation, and i'm still confused/unclear.. I want clients to be billed for disk and bandwidth overage, not suspend - so I have setup: WHMCS->product module settings very high WHMCS->Other soft limits to the actual allowed limits Cpanel/WHM package settings at actual allowed limits so clients can see how close they are to their limits My confusion/question is: Will Cpanel suspend the account when it hits the WHM package limit? and if so, if I change that limit in cpanel, what will the client see as their allowed limits/% of use in WHMCS and Cpanel? ..or, am I missing something?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 16, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi, By default cPanel will suspend accounts that reach the bandwidth limit and will not allow users to use more disk space than allocated. As a result one would typically set the WHM package limits higher than the soft limits in WHMCS. This gives users the chance to exceed them so you can bill for overage.
