All statuses right now are recurring service based statuses, but for any one-off projects or products it's not possible to have it be completed in any way without setting it to "cancelled" or "deactivated". Does anyone have a better solution for this? Or has an idea if it's possible to add new product status with an addon? There's a request for feature already there, so do vote if you need this: https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/option-to-display-custom-statuses-to-the-client If you're whmcs developer and can do this with addon, please let me know. Why didn't they make a #tblproductstatuses just like there's a #tblorderstatuses - or perhaps even use the same table for both orders and products - in effect it is the same thing at different times ... To be quite honest, I'm getting fed up of hearing 'This would make a great feature request though. We we welcome feature requests on our Request System at https://requests.whmcs.com/' - I've only really just come back in to the industry, its quite upsetting seeing how WHMCS has turned out from the good old days of just Matt.... it appears as the company has grown, the feature set has.... not! Product statuses is absolute key to some of the one-time services that we offer.
