Prorata Date on Last Day of the Month ?

I understand the "Prorata Date" setting but I am looking for it to bill on the last day of the month.

 

If I set it to 31, then not all months have a 31st day.

Would it be skipped some months, or would it bill on the last day of every month ?

 

I really need it to be billed on the very last day of every month, because I have a script that updates the price everyday.
