Migrating accounts from one WHMCS to Another

I have two hosting servers with separate installs of WHMCS ( Don't ask why ) I am in the process of migrating all the hosting accounts over to the new server, but would like to migrate all the accounts from WHMCS 1 and integrate with WHMCS 2 as well. I apologize if this has been answered before; I couldn't locate the post.

 

Is there documentation that explains the process of exporting accounts along with history, payment info etc.. and importing into another existing install of WHMCS?

which mentions the WHMCS merge script -

it might be worth opening a ticket with support to see if this script still works with the latest version.
