WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 10, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 10, 2013 Hi, The error messages you're seeing here indicates that you're trying to do a new WHMCS installation into a database where WHMCS has already been installed. Did you run the install twice by mistake? New installs only work into empty databases so you'll need to delete and recreate a new database, and then run the install again using that. If you are upgrading then please follow the instructions @http://docs.whmcs.com/Upgrading - but you will need to restore your database before running the upgrade and ensure the configuration.php file from the previous copy has been uploaded so WHMCS can detect that it needs to perform an upgrade. Please ensure that MySQL Strict mode is disabled before trying again and that your server meets all the minimum requirements: http://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements
