kenwardc Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 Hi Folks I'm having trouble with clients unable to pay their invoices using Credit Card, even though they have selected "Credit Card" as their chosen method when signing up on the system. Steps: - They register a new account - They add credit card details - They order a product or service - They checkout - They are offered "PayPal" or "Offline Card Details" but not "Credit Card" If I look at their account, I see that their default payment method is set to "Credit Card". If I look at the product or service default, it says "Credit Card" If I log in as customer and go to the invoice it says "Paypal" and "Offline Credit Card" no "Credit Card" I don't have any more hair to pull out.
