Clients have a blue background in their client area that says "The next generation of domains is coming! Take advantage of New TLD opportunities. Learn More »"

 

Upon clicking it it sends them to the site http://yourdomain.com/pathtowhmcs/index.php?m=enomnewtlds

 

Please note it does not send them to the URL above that is an example.

 

However what does this message mean and how do I resolve it "The addon is enabled, but there was a problem with the TLD Portal account! Please contact the administrator and ask them to check into it!

Hopefully he'll answer soon.

 

Wouldn't hurt if support interjected here if they know what will fix this issue. I know it's a script written by eNom but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This addon is now included with WHMCS as standard, so no need to upload it with the most recent releases. You should not upload the version from our app store if you already have the eNom New TLD files in your WHMCS installation.

Hey this is how you fix this problem. Go to setup choose addon modules and deactivate the new tld's and that should resolve the problem.
