mikie
I only have a handful of users. The job stats at 00:02 every night and ends at 00:40. This makes no sense. It runs for 38min doing what? There are only 2 sites on the box 0 load issues If i run it manually, its still runs for 38 min There are only 10 active users on whmcs There are no errors. I cant find any issues in any log files. In whmcs it shows; 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update for Server ID 3 System 04/04/2013 00:02 Email Sent to Lee xxxx ([Ticket ID: 553373] Account Cancellation) System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Closing Inactive Support Tickets System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Performing Automated Fixed Term Product Terminations System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Performing Automated Suspensions System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Performing Automated Cancellation Requests System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Sending Domain Renewal Notices System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Sending Invoice Reminders System 04/04/2013 00:02 Credit Card Payments Processed (0 Captured, 0 Failed) System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Credit Card Processing System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Adding Late Fees System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Generating Invoices System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Updating Product Pricing for Current Exchange Rates System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Updating Currency Exchange Rates System 04/04/2013 00:02 Cron Job: Starting Notice all of the above completes at 00:02 yet its still running 36min later. Whats it doing for 36min if its executing the above after 2min?
Daniel
Looks like it's grabbing the usage stats. How many sites are on server ID 3 and what's the load of that server?
mikie
But the user stats dont work, see everyone elses posts about Directadmin and the stats that are not working in Whmcs. The load is 0.00
Damo
Perhaps it's still trying to do the stats. If you turn that off in the cron does it still take that long?
mikie
how do you turn it off in cron?
mikie
It finishes allmost immediately if i turn it off in automation settings. So running whmcs on its own vps trying to access the stats on a vps with DA installed takes about 38min to complete? Seems kind of slow. Surely, i cant be the only one access a vps from another.
bear
see everyone elses posts about Directadmin and the stats that are not working in Whmcs. trying to access the stats on a vps with DA installed takes about 38min to complete Very likely a related issue. Connecting to my Cpanel servers and running stats takes no time at all. Pretty much instant.
