hideipvpn
We have found that smart clients may use our package upgrade function to upgrade to a higher package and pay nothing for this. We have one package for $7.90/mo and another package for $9.99/mo if a client will upgrade his $7.90/mo package to the same billing cycle then there is no problem but if a client will upgrade to a 3, 6 or 12 months billing cycle then here is the problem: Example of upgrade price: Monthly: $2.16 Quarterly: $1.23 Semi-annually: $1.41 Annually: $0.00 Do you think WHMCS should do something about this? P.S. WHMS support said that there is nothing to do about this and their upgrade system is working correctly.

othellotech
Have you got an annual price for that product in all currencies ?
GORF
You need to make sure either you set an Annual price or set it to -1 not to 0.00
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 9, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 9, 2013 Hi, The formula for calculating the upgrade price is explained at http://docs.whmcs.com/Automated_Upgrades_and_Downgrades So please plug the numbers into that formula and if you don't believe WHMCS is sticking to that formula please send your worked example for the community to review here.
