bear
Strange thing I've only just noticed regarding domain checking and the captcha settings. More than one installation (neither the very latest), with both set to show captcha if not logged in for the domain checker. Go right to domain checker: Captcha shows, URL is "/domainchecker.php". Go to the order system (cart order form), don't actually order, and click "shopping cart" to show all products. Choose "Register Domain"...poof, no captcha nor domain pricing table. Same result if you go to portal and hit the order link, then "Register Domain" from the products list, which has the URL "/cart.php?a=add&domain=register". If it were one install I'd consider maybe my template edits caused it. With 2 separate installs, that looks like it's within WHMCS that this is occurring. Not really causing any issues, just an oddity. Just me?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 22, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 22, 2012 Hi, That's correct, the captcha is only displayed on the domain checker at domainchecker.php but not on the domain checker as part of the order form at cart.php - it's always been that way. The domain checker can be used to check lots of domains quickly so having a captcha to prevent automated submissions there makes sense, however with the order form it's more difficult to perform a flood of domain checks.
limevps
I've noticed on my site that if you insert the recommended code to change the style of the recaptcha box, it causes the whole page's CSS to fail. Anyone else had this?
