EZi
Does anyone go through resellerclub for domain names only/ We have found them absolutely useless with their SuperSite. We wanted a flawless integration with WHMCS and a client control panel. But everything in the client control panel refers to this SuperSite that circumvents WHMCS. I'm I missing the point here?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 5, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 5, 2012 Hi, When you use WHMCS with ResellerClub all the ordering and management is done through WHMCS, clients don't see any reference to the SuperSite and never need to login there.
EZi
Well that is not how it turns out. Give your client access to their domain name management panel (we think that is normal) and click on, for example (but there are many other links), transfer domains. It will take your client to the Supersite where they do the transfer. They may also decide to register an additional domain so this transaction will not be going through WHMCS. If this is incorrect, then please explain in detail why...
backupgreen
You may need to checked the "Do not send ANY mail to my Customers" from mail options.
stormy
You should also check out the work of "Resellerclub Mods", with modules to integrate all the extra functions (like forwardings, etc.) directly into WHMCS. We use it and it's really great.
EZi
Hi Stormy, Thanks for your reply. I did look at this but a lot of their links come up with an error 500. I managed to download the trial versions and again the installation links didn't work. This didn't fill me with a sense of confidence... I think we really need someone to set this up for us. Are you available for some consultancy work?
stormy
Hi Stormy, Thanks for your reply. I did look at this but a lot of their links come up with an error 500. I managed to download the trial versions and again the installation links didn't work. This didn't fill me with a sense of confidence... I think we really need someone to set this up for us. Are you available for some consultancy work? Yes, their site was having problems yesterday (the first time I've seen that happen). I can vouch for them. Their products and support are top-notch, and you can try them for free. They are releasing new versions of the scripts all the time.
imaticon
Hi all, My most sincere apologies for the http 500 errors caused on our website http://www.resellerclub-mods.com. It was a problem with the cookies for the multi language and related with some updates we did some weeks ago A workaround is to delete the browser cookies for the domain resellerclub-mods.com Regards, Marco
