Reset my login details

I have been a customer of WHMCS for 2-3 years now. I have not had any problems with support until recently. The past week or two I have been unable to log in to my account at whmcs.com I submit a ticket you say I got an email which I have not and then I open a new ticket and you demand my information for verification. WTF????? I can totally understand if this is a new account BUT IT IS NOT. I WANT ACCESS NOW SO I CAN DOWNLOAD THE PATCH!!!!!

 

I AM LOSING MY PATIENCE WHMCS!

 

WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS SO HARD ON A LONG TIME CUSTOMER?

Did you check your junk mail ? Did you know there system keeps logs of the emails they sent out they use the same system we do if not a bit more modded but still.. Think simple.. If you use third party program to check you email go to the site directly and check your emails spam box..

their support system works the same as all WHMCS users. if you keep opening multiple tickets or keep updated tickets, these are pushed further down the waiting list, also when a new version is released support is always slower.

 

patience is the name of the game. your OTT rants will get peoples backs up

Relax double check your spam or junk just to make sure.. in the tickets make sure the be specific it helps out alot more when trying to solve issues..I do agree with easyhosting though on opening up a couple tickets will just pro long your waiting period..

Well, yelling and screaming in here as well as the magically poor topic title is not really going to help you. It was just a friendly suggestion so you wouldn't be remembered as the annoying prick in whmcs customer forums. You know, there population in this forum is far more customers than staff. Screaming at people who aint done you harm is kinda counter productive.

I have sent a few tickets, sent you a pm through the forums and still cant hear from you? I need to get this done please do the right thing! You should be happy im not asking for a free month since it seems it is going to take a month dealing with whmcs.com just so i can upgrade! Im not happy and all im asking for is access to my whmcs.com account! That is all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked spam filters etc for support@whmcs.com and it is fine so if your emailing it is not coming through. ALL I WANT is the password for my account at WHMCS.com "SERIOUSLY". I have never had issues like this with WHMCS before so it is not like im creating the problem. I simply want a resolution FAST... PLEASE!

BECAUSE WE ARE ALL NOT WHMCS STAFF AND DONT HAVE ACCESS TO WHMCS MAIN SYSTEM

 

contact sales using the same email address you used to sign up with WHMCS as this will locate your account on their system.

no one of this COMMUNITY forum can give you access as we are all WHMCS customers just like you.

John, I already PM'd you the ticket id's. I then sent you a pm a day or so later to email me directly. NONE OF WHICH YOU HAVE DONE. I HAVE CONTACTED WHMCS WITH ID VERIFICATION. IF YOU WOULD JUST RESPOND IF I OPENED A TICKET ALL OF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I AM NOT LOOKING TO STIR UP TROUBLE AS I NEVER HAVE BEFORE BUT I DONT NEED TO BE NICE WHEN IVE BEEN NICE WAITING DAYS FOR A RESOLUTION!

Well, i think it's a great idea to open multiple tickets when you already know that WHMCS Support Team have more than 500 mails in queue.... not!

 

i agree, especially when Matt and the team are always telling us that opening multiple tickets and even adding to open tickets pushes you down the queue and then to come on the community forum with abuse becuase your ticket is not answered as if you are the only one with tickets (i have reported the OPs abuse)

Maybe this was the reason you didn't received any reply from WHMCS? You always need to use the client e-mail address that you specified in the sign-up to get your request authenticated...
