wildman
Ok, Matt or someone I hope you see this. Your support has not gone downhill but I had to get your attention. I opened a thread 3-4 days ago below because I can't login to my account and still don't have a response. http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?50114-cant-login-to-whmcs-com Please contact me asap! I need to download the newest patch. Everyone reading this thread, if anything is wrong with WHMCS it is that there support has gotten better! Thanks!

Nathanael
If you made a database backup before upgrade make a downgrade. I suppose they are hiring people in UK to fix the support problem.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 10, 2012 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 10, 2012 You can open all the threads you want, but we don't monitor forum posts for support. It seems you submitted the fact you couldn't login as a bug report of the WHMCS software? You need to open a ticket if you need assistance from our staff. wildman
" He cant open ticket because he cant login to client areas as far as I can tell, which is why he used forum. " Exactly what I want. When I tried to open a support ticket it prompted me to login first. I will try the link you provided. Thanks John!
