tkalfaoglu
If WHMCS and PLESK are on the same server, After the last plesk update, whenever a domain is to be brought back from suspension, apache appears to restart right away, while you are waiting for whmcs to respond. You get a blank page. I had already entered the SQL command into psa misc table, graceful_restarts, and I already have my apache restart interval set to 600 in plesk configuration.. Anything else I should do? Thanks, -t
Lawrence
It may be best to contact your hosting provider or server administrator for support. They would be able to reconfigure Plesk to do a graceful restart, which should fix this issue for you.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 21, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hi, The only workaround we're aware of for this is the one Parallels have published at http://kb.parallels.com/en/112020 If that's no longer working your best bet is to contact Parallels support for an update.
