hatster
Hi, I have been using whmcs since january and all seemed fine. We bill all clients (900ish) on the 1st of every month. With the automation set to generate invoices 1 day before due (ie today). Overnight the system has generated invoices, but less than half the amount is should have done (383) and I dont know why. I have looked at the products/services of one client who hasnt had an invoice generated and it is correct with next due 01/07/2011. If I press generate due invoices from the front page it doesnt generate any more. IS there anyone there that can have a quick look for me if i pm a login ? Thanks.
Grizzlyware Josh
This is probably because your PHP memory limit is to low, I had the same issue. Looking at upgrading to a dedi just for my site as it keeps happening as I have a custom PDF template which is larger than standard, it kills it.
sparky
You could probably try adding this to your htaccess file RLimitMem max It may help
hatster
Hi, Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated. We've upped our PHP memory_limit to 256 mb (was 172 mb) If this was a memory issue would it show in any error log and if so, where should we look to find this info? The script is usually run by cron.php - how can we test the new memory_limit manually from the dashboard? Thanks again, Kev.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 1, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 1, 2011 If you don't see "Cron Job: Completed" under Utilities > Activity Log then bdigitalstudios is correct. The cron can be run manually by visiting cron.php in your browser.
