We have a custom built billing system and we need to import clients and hosting packages data and everything into WHMCS. Why isn't there an import from CSV option. it seems that this would be the easiest way to do this. If this is not an option, how do we go about doing this? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 27, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 27, 2011 There isn't a a generic CSV import script because the source CSV file could be in an unlimited number of combinations that wouldn't match, so it's better to create a bespoke importer for each person. As you can no doubt imagine our developers are heavily snowed under following the recent release of version 4.5 and so new custom developments are on the back burner at the moment.
