    Still no reply? No reply in tickets either. Not good.

    I opened two tickets on this and can't seem to get a reply. We have a custom built billing system and we need to import clients and hosting packages data and everything into WHMCS. Why isn't there an import from CSV option. it seems that this would be the easiest way to do this. If this is not an option, how do we go about doing this? Thanks, Jeff
