snake
Under the support settings I have set "kayako" module. But nothing seems to have changed. It is still using the internal support system, and there is nowhere to enter the URL for our Kayako system either, so i'm not really sure what is meant to happen.

snake
Thanks. I did check the docs, but found a complete different page RE Kayako that didn't tell me much.
cenourinha
Are you using Kayako 3 or 4?

snake
it turned out there was a database error, and whmcs doesn't tell you anything, it just stops using the kayako module I also discovered that SupportSuite has to be on the same server as whmcs, which has also caused problems as our SupportSuite runs on php 5.2 and WHMCS simply would not run on 5.2, I had to install 5.3, which has now caused problems with SuportSuite as it requires Zend Loader, and the Zend Loader for php 5.3 is not compatible with the SupportSuite files which were encoded with an older version. Unfortunately switching to ioncube is not a solution either as this will require a complete re-installation and we have had several of our files customised by Kayako support to fix bugs which we would lose.
