problem terminating a account

I am thinking of purchasing WHMCS but it seems every time i try to terminate a account it will terminate the account in cpanel but then WHMCS cannot access the database anymore. It comes up with a critical error that says cannot access the database. Does anyone know a way to fix this problem?

when you terminate an account in WHMCS it will terminate the cpanel account on the server, so their will be no details in the database in relation to the cpanel account

I do not have to be be terminating a account i could terminate a service and then once it actually terminates you get a critical error when trying to get back to the website or admin section that says cannot access database

Wow I've never heard of this one before. I recommend submitting a support ticket as it will probably involve WHMCS staff taking a look at your files.

You're not terminating the account that hosts your WHMCS database are you?
