fourteenth
My question boils down to, what is wrong with this? Further, are there any better ways to randomly fill in a set of values, where each value can only be used a certain number of times? Any help would be greatly appreciated! <<links removed>>

Sitepearl
As for your first question, I do believe it is wrong because it is obviously not right. For your second question, this can easily be done via Javascript.
