WHMCS iPhone PUSH Notifications!

Recommended Posts

This is a great add-on - how does the "Merge Fields" work?

Merge Fields:

TICKET_ID

TICKET_NUMBER

USER_ID

CUST_NAME

DEPT_ID

DEPT_NAME

SUBJECT

MESSAGE"

How would I for example display the customer name and message in the push noticifcation (Im assuming CUST_NAME/MESSAGE would be the correct fields)

Thanks!

We're also struggling to get the merge fields to display. What are we doing wrong?

hi,

i have a problem with the latest version of Prowl WHMCS 1.3. (WHMCS Version: 5.1.3)

after activation of the module no message will be piped to the ticket system:

####

pipe to |/home/XXX/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php

generated by support@XXXX

local delivery failed

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to |/home/XXXX/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php

generated by support@XXXX ------

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/XXXXX/public_html/clients/modules/addons/prowl_whmcs/prowlphp/ProwlMessage.class.php on line 57

####

does anyone has an idea?
