dover
I just restored my iphone and installed iWHMCS. Using the same settings as before, I'm now getting an "Authentication Failed" error. Why would this be? There is nothing saying wrong username/password or anything like that.

Mine is also giving me the "Authentication Failed" message & nothing has changed.
MarkPBrush
I've just configured it for the first time and run into this error. The 'name' field wasn't mentioned in the blurb but I'd imagine it's arbitrary. The url, username and password have been getting me in fine on PC and iMac browsers but I've blown it away and re-entered them (and the Access Key) a couple of times (including the AK in configuration.php) just to be sure. I've upgraded to 4.4.2 along the way, but no cigar. The App Store doesn't think I need to upgrade iWHMCS, so I'll keep watching this thread. If I have any joy, I'll let you know. Be lucky!
