ExsysHost
Well I just purchased this app, while it is really nice I am a little disappointed and am praying you will add a little improvement: One of the biggest reasons I wanted this app for on the road management was I get so many emails that sometimes I miss the "New Order", "New Support Ticket" emails on the small scroll list of my android phone. I thought this app would have been integrated into the android notifications area so I get an alert / reminder of new orders, new support tickets, support ticket replies. Please Matt and team this is a great little app that I have wanted for ages please make it so we have the audible and visual queues from the android notification area just like we do for text messages

LaceHost-Ishan
Multiple profiles within aWHMCS so we can login to multiple WHMCS installations. I currently have 5 licenses/installations.
hypernoob
wish there were more features in aWHMCS its lacking a lot of functionality we need whilst we're on the move..
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 12, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 12, 2010 Well list them and maybe they'll be implemented in future
VicToMeyeZR
+1 on aWHMCS being a runtime app.. (if thats the correct wording). Or background app... maybe thats a better word. Right now it is only basically a web app. I would love to see the ablity to have it running full time with an update setting..
ExsysHost
Yeah didnt think of that the ability to configure how often it checks for tickets and new orders and then notifies you via the android notification system of new orders and new support tickets.
griffe
I am also very disappointed. I would have assumed I could at least view existing invoices for clients - without this the app is useless to me. Any idea on when it may get more features?
ljesh
When I purchased the license (soon after being published) I found it pretty basic but thought that soon later it will keep improving. To bad, but still the latest version is 1.0.2a. I am still hoping it will get on improving...
HostT
I agree, paid $40 for it but missing many features...this is understandable though as it is still new and under development. I do think that push notifications should be a must, even if you guys used something like AirMail http://urbanairship.com/products/push/ Right now i have to use K9 mail setup with push notifications from a gmail account to make sure my phone goes ape nuts whenever i get a new support ticket under my department The bad thing about it too was under the trial version you don't get to see exactly what functions are available, so needless to say i was a little disappointed too, especially as an android app costing like 20x what a normal android app does cost ...that much and i hardly ever even use it like i thought i would. I also have common problems with it saying my trial has ended...it's always random and my settings never change but it will randomly throw me that error as if i were still using the trial version...maybe my data connection timed out or something..who knows. Hopefully soon in the new releases i will start loving aWHMCS as much as i do WHMCS!
