Map different email addresses to different functions?

vchosting, thanks for the tip.

However, does this actually save the sent email in the specific mailbox's Sent folder (for example, an email sent from Sales gets stored in the Sales mailbox's sent folder)?

I am asking because we use IMAP for all email accounts and permanently store messages.

laszlot, what I wanted to be sure is that WHMCS wouldn't delete the mails from the mailboxes when displaying those emails within the WHMCS ticketing area. I hope that's the case (that it doesn't delete)?

When you say outgoing email is stored in the database, is it in addition to the storage in the actual mailbox?
