Domain Hosting Not Working from WHMCS

Hi,

 

I am having a strange problem. I have created a domain order (example-anutosh.com) along with invoice & then automatically registered it for domain, without any problem.

 

Now I went for Hosting Package Registration for this domain (example-anutosh.com), by adding an order.

Then I changed the payment status of invoice to Paid, after I received the amount from the client. Now I thought that automatically the package would get registered for my client.

 

Unfortunately, it didn't happen.

So I thought to create the hosting account directly from the product page of that product. And when I clicked the button "Create", for that product, it is showing me one error message "Module Command Error - Login Failed".

 

Can any body please help me in finding the error or point me as to what I am missing here?
