bear
Did the order get sent to the registrar as well as just being in the WHMCS system? Do you definitely have a connection to the registrar from WHMCS?
XTremo
Thanks for the reply bear. Yes, the order went though and the domain was purchased....and now it's up and running. Yet we still get this error in the Admin area, plus in the Net Earth One sync report it shows up as well. Error for mydomain.com: Website doesn't exist for mydomain.com
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 2, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 2, 2010 This suggests that the domain is under a different reseller account from the one entered in WHMCS under Setup > Domain Registrars.
XTremo
Thanks John.....I reset the registrar section (netearthone) and fingers crossed, it seems to have cleared the error message. Appreciate your advice......cheers!
