Just to clarify the problem was the logo on my invoice being a PNG. Always been like that on the previous versions with no problem....but for some reason it just flipped out on v5.

Queried with the provider and they recommended submit a support ticket here. So just waiting for a reply now!

I just checked that through and no problems there Damo.....all seems to be in order. Whatever has happened it's since the upgrade, so I'm a bit puzzled on this.

But I'm sure I installed v5 after that.....so would it be related to this?

I've just upgraded to v5 from 4.52 which was running fine. The only problem I have seems to be when I select "Downloading/Viewing Invoices" and all I get is "500 Internal Server Error". Is this permissions related? I'm running on a suPHP server if that helps. Any advice appreciated!

Thanks John.....I reset the registrar section (netearthone) and fingers crossed, it seems to have cleared the error message. Appreciate your advice......cheers!

Thanks for the reply bear. Yes, the order went though and the domain was purchased....and now it's up and running. Yet we still get this error in the Admin area, plus in the Net Earth One sync report it shows up as well. Error for mydomain.com: Website doesn't exist for mydomain.com

Anybody with any ideas or advice on this one?

Hi.....hope somebody can advise on this one. A domain has been bought, the site is in place yet in the WHMCS (Client's Profile/Domains) we see Registrar Error Website doesn't exist for mydomain.com I've looked through the documentation but I can't pinpoint the problem.......so any advice appreciated.

Hi guys....hope somebody can advise on this! I've done searches but I can't seem to find the answer. Basically I want to restrict viewing and access of all areas other than the Pre-Sales contact form to existing accounts. I don't want a signup facility at all as I'm going to manually create the accounts myself then notify the clients of their login info. The only areas I'll actually be using are Client Area/Submit Ticket/Support Tickets.....which are already client only. No problem there. Then the Pre-Sales which is for everybody....so that's fine as it is. But the Order section is the problem one! Because I don't want outside access or new account creation there.....only existing users to login. Any advice appreciated!
