I have created 3 mail accounts (sales,billing,domains) and enter each mail to the there own department.

 

Can you explain me about piping emails?

 

Another issue that i have is related to the mobile addon, i have created ticket as client on support and when i access mobile whmcs as admin i cant see ticket what client created?:roll::roll:

Piping an email is basically creating a forward for an address that instead of delivering to a mailbox it "pushes" it to a script.

alias@domain.com: "|/path/to/pipe/script.php"

 

Ok i understand the meaing of piping but if i let say pipe my support mail i dont get any mail on my let say outlook.So my real question is what is the meaing of it?:roll:
