rainboy
Just read the new article about iWHMCS, which sounds real good; altough i wonder if any other versions are planned i.e. aWHMCS (Android!) that would give yourself a buyer now

[JSH]John
It would be nice if the features in iWHMCS were implemented into the mobile version of WHMCS. The iPhone is nice, but it's not something everyone will have. I prefer my E71 and use the mobile version of WHMCS a lot, but could do with some new features (search for clients, etc).
apollo1
I wonder if a version of this app is planned for the Blackberry bold.
Cape Dave
I was going to say it would be great for the BlackBerry Storm2!

jlk
Android would be cool. I use a BlackBerry now but after RIM's latest fiasco will probably switch in a couple of months when my "free [cough] upgrade" comes along.

Cape Dave
Something like this would force me to get an Iphone. For a small device, they have BY FAR the best interface. Would shoot myself before using a MAC computer, though
Division
Most business people use a blackberry to iphone. I don't see a point in this being on iphone. Get it on Blackberry and lots more people will use it
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 20, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 20, 2009 Hi, Well thanks everyone for the enthusiasm about the iPhone app! I'm sorry guys, but we don't have anyone here that's familiar with developing for other phone types so there's unlikely to be a specific app for those in the short term at least. You can however use the original "Mobile Edition" through the browser on these other devices which is tailored for small screens & actually offers more functionality than the iPhone specific app currently. Also customisable since it's a webpage and controlled by templates so you can move things around to suit what you do most! Matt
scurrell
A an iPhone user, I think it looks great. Is there any way we can connect to the WHMCS demo via the app though, just to trial it out?
atDev
Is there any way we can connect to the WHMCS demo via the app though, just to trial it out? I found the app will work (only the home page and "More" tab.) without the addon. The rest of the functionality can be seen through the screenshots but maybe, might submit a ticket to ask.

Chris, you do know that the iPhone is basically a mini mac, the iPhone runs a stripped down version of mac OSX. Got the iPhone app when was launched, must say it is nice, handy for when im out of the office

Nope! you learn something new everyday Maybe I may go against my previous comment and get a mac, wouldn't mind seeing how to make a Iphone app myself

List goes on and on, simply put, the mac is a far better system

sequencehost
I got this app a couple of days ago and I have to say it's nothing short than amazing! It has been well worth the investment already. I do however have a couple of minor suggestions for any future updates. 1) Perhaps you could have an option for sound notifications. For example when a new support ticket is opened or answered. 2) Perhaps you could also show a notification on the app itself that shows when a new support ticket has been opened/a new order has been placed. If these 2 features were available I would give the app 10/10. At the moment I give it 9.5/10 Keep up the good work.
atDev
The issue with doing "Push Notifications" as you suggest is there has to be a push notification server so I don't know if is possible. Most apps you see with push notifications are run by a single website, not by an application like WHMCS where users download WHMCS and upload it to their own web server.
TheHostingHeroes
Or maybe in settings, be able for iwhmcs to auto check every 5 minutes etc for tickets/orders.
